In the first one we talked about but brushed over some touchy topics. Bear with me here I am no expert. This is all raw and real emotions. This will not match your traditional structure. You are on a journey to light with me. We are growing together. By no means should this replace your therapy and self-help books. I have never picked up one myself. My ex bought be one over four years ago and I still haven't read it. Felt too chunky. Felt like sand. This? This is imperfection at its finest. Some of this is still new to me – not the writing part. I'm still learning to talk about my feelings and life experiences out in the open. I am still evolving and as I do I share them with you. But I hope some of you can read this and find strength. Find courage. But if you find yourself – I'll take that as a huge win.
